Agreement

By using Daily Murder: Mystery Puzzle ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Mark Andrews, trading as Keep Computing, based in the United Kingdom.

The Service

Daily Murder is a daily logic-deduction puzzle game available as an Android application and a web application. A new puzzle is published each day. The App is provided free of charge with optional in-app purchases.

Accounts

You may use the App without an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play, including the Detective's Pass (ad-removal) and the Informant's Tip (temporary hint access). All purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.

We do not offer refunds directly. For refund requests, contact Google Play support.

Content

All puzzle content, characters, narratives, illustrations, and game mechanics are the intellectual property of Keep Computing. All characters, locations, and events depicted in puzzles are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.

You may share your puzzle results (solve time, emoji grids) on social media. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the puzzle content, clue text, illustrations, or any other creative assets from the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Attempt to access puzzle solutions before they are intended to be revealed
• Use automated tools to interact with the App
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Availability

We aim to publish a new puzzle every day and keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally take the App offline for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep Computing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, streaks, or game progress.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
